My maternal grandmother did this a lot over her last few years with dementia. I know because I had to care for her after middle school let out. It's time to put him in a home.

Wen he says "moving cameras," it's because he can't recall the word "videos" and so he's stating the component parts as best he can. E.g., a "camera" is involved and the images are "moving"
