Didn’t need a therapist for that. Just got to watch my grandparents emotionally abuse my Mom well into her 40s (we lived too close) until we moved and she finally cut them out entirely. Got to see my Dad’s family being embodied trauma becuase of my violent alcoholic grandfather.
