WA-03 votes consistently Republican in one of the bluest states in the country and yet Perez managed to get elected despite running as a Democrat. She's one of the last Blue Dogs in the country and that ship sailed and *sank* a very long time ago.

And when I say industrialization I mean changing from mixing all the stuff in a big pot to mixing the same stuff in a big stainless steel industrial kettle but the actual ingredients and output have remained largely unchanged.

Availability in the US especially for not-Firm has gotten *incredibly* better but the actual method of making it has not dramatically changed in several thousand years besides industrialization and improved modern sanitary practices.
