Wow yeah, that's unusually fast breakage...! I have had my Asus monitors for I think 5 years now? And they are both still going strong, albeit the OLED has some burn-in issues if left on for a while.

Yeah then it's definitely the monitorn (could also potentially be the cable, but you said you switched those around so I guess it is the mon itself)

... which can be the hardware or a faulty driver. Definitely try to rule out software issues first, then see if it's a hardware issue and whether it's the monitor itself or the GFX

I mean the way the display does glitch makes me think it could be the GFX. If I remember correctly that's kinda how one GFX died like over ten years ago. Definitely see if the issue persists if you use it with any other device, that's the quickest way to rule out GFX issues...

Are you sure this is the monitor and not the port or the graphics card? Have you switched cables and ports to see if the problem persist? Bc this looks like a graphic card issue to me moreso than a monitor giving out
