I was just thinking. Maybe the reason the Republicans fight so hard to keep DC from becoming a state has something to do with jurisdiction. You know, like jurisdiction under a state constitution to prosecute crimes.... (the fact that they'd most likely elect Democrats is just cover)

We need to abolish DHS and put the spin off agencies back where they belong. The party of small government has instead bloated it and continues to pump our tax dollars into agencies that are not held accountable.

My husband is constantly lamenting that the TACO isn't going to leave the White House. I say, let him stay. Just put up a wall, make sure the military cuts all ties to the bunker, add some guards so he can't escape and make it his prison. It won't go, we don't have to let him get away with it.
