Recall that this is one of the notable areas where the Trump administration ended up going well beyond Project 2025, which, consistent with its Christian Nationalist agenda, envisioned keeping USAID and converting it into a tool of evangelism and cultural conservativism. Musk was the difference.

I could go on and on. But here’s a guy that cares and actually wants government to function effectively and is doing a lot of things, many good or at least good starts. Why he can’t get a more balanced review shows why “establishment” be it politicians or media are so disdained.

And he’s ignoring the media and communicating around us! Bad bad bad! Look, he’s not perfect. I have concerns about the rent freeze. I get that it helps people but there are buildings that will fail. But this is 90% criticism and the 10% that’s positive is “not flawless” “not enough” or “a ploy”
