20 years ago I used to start my day listening to NPR. I really loved it because I could trust, it was informative and funny and a positive way to start my day - even when the news was bad, if that makes sense Now it’s corporate tool media, and it sucks and I hate this world we live in

I’ve never used apps that track my health or activity. Then I started to experience daily pain. I’m scared all the time. My body is a knot. Of course. So I finally took the plunge and downloaded an app to help me stretch and do yoga. Best decision, after getting out, in a long time. #selfcare
