well they make many different, specific, claims, but each one depends on details specific to the application. i think the thrust is then: scale matters, individual coupling constitutes the understanding for emergence, and phase changes should be observable.

but like more seriously: i never said i had the constructive definitive theory of consciousness, what predictions are made by saying "this frame is crucial" ? i think demanding predictions when it's a claim about framing is not quite right. "what predictions do effective field theories make?"
