the non-lore reason to make him a hiss tank is because i made shockwave a night raven before i settled on this lore, and it kind of clicked nicely. cyclonus is gonna be a cobra mamba helicopter probably not gonna complete the trio with scourge since i used the name for the black optimus counterpart

in my AU, galvatron was made by shockwave as a clone of megatron, after the initial plan to resurrect megatron backfired, he became melancholic after experiencing literal death. He's a HISS Tank because Shockwave works with Cobra (uses them really, but psst) but he proved too unstable to be useful.
