i need to be able to survive in this late stage capitalism bullshit world, but i also need to be in control, to choose what to do and be able to succeed at it no mistakes, and to be recognised for what i want to be recognised for, and bc the world is set up to work against that i need to be perfect

if i could be more like all the other people i see. if i could complete tasks like tidying my living space in a day. if i could read and listen to music and even sit down to watch hazbin and it not to feel like an energy-draining task to focus on that counts as productivity.

if i could write a lot more consistently, and make food regularly without getting burnt out or growing tired of eating the same thing over and over. if i could maintain and do more IRL interactions without getting so afraid of them. if i could stop getting burnt out.

i don’t want to kill myself, i want to live, but nothing’s getting better and the future does not look bright and i can’t even maintain my fucking hobbies regularly i’m not good enough. i’m not. i’m not.

oh not at all i think intent matters a lot like, i meant wilful intentional hurting others, or callous lack of care about their emotions whole different ballpark to Stolas getting caught up in being let out of the closet

and i find i'm not champing at the bit to see him do a heel-face turn and improve, either my investment in Alastor is just the hope of feeling *seen* in my own lived experiences, and getting a sense of catharsis

i understand he's a character who faced racial oppression during his life & i do have sympathy for that but given a lot of his plans in Hell involve controlling others, using them as chess pieces, having no qualms about emotionally hurting them, I'm not exactly rooting for his plans as they stand
