Local elections office is prepping for November elections, asking past pollworkers if they'll be available & when. I've decided to clear my calendar (save a trip I can't cancel) & serve every day they need me. These attacks on GA elections have me pissed, & I'll do what I can to protect our rights.

Yesterday Billy & I happened to catch some of the US / BIH World Cup match, which was cool. I have melancholy feelings about the World Cup & USA 250th. This *could* all be so much FUN, & a much-needed unifying experience for Americans. . it should be a blast, but I just don't have the heart for it.
