I had a mysterious, but bittersweet feeling-dream last night. In a hospital-like place, a woman recently lost her arm. A girl approached her, "I know you got it bad, but I'm going to die soon. Can we play with my dolls?" The woman replies, "There's no better time than now."

The only trick I heard to getting rid of songs stuck in heads is to sing the whole song through. I don't think it works all the time for me, but the concept is that your brain likes 1 part of the song and is looping it.

Oof. Thank goodness for meds and therapy and a formal diagnosis so I know when it's the disorder being annoying, and not just regular depression/anxiety trying to kill me, but it sure hurts when the disorder acts up harder than the meds.

My disorder is dumb. I'm still here, sorry for making you worry.
