I know I have nothing new to say about the human condition through my art even with the particular specific circumstances of my existence, so I don't really aspire to do that. I make art mostly to connect to other humans of my kind of flavor. The connection is what's important to me and my work.

Most times, I am not asking /how/ to do something, as I will explicitly ask how to do a thing if I am stuck, moreso I'm asking what is it that is expected. Don't tell me how to do something unless I ask because then I think that you think I am dumb and I don't like that, esp as a black person.
