I want to work on art, again, but I'm also still very very tired after sdcc and would like to sleep for 3 more days.

I think one of my least favorite "harmless" sayings is "happy wife, happy life." Because it's always said like it's a CONCESSION to the man's happiness. "I GUESS I'll do this thing, so the wife isn't mad." Maybe it's because guys often say it to me when their partner wants to buy my art.

Sometimes I think about the success certain artists have achieved, and how their version of success would be my personal circle of Hell 😹 Good for them, really. As an example, the guy at comiccon who just draws everything with a butt. He makes a KILLING, but he has to draw exactly that. Forever.

After bird flu Heihei not ONLY lost his best friend Hattie, but he became unable to walk for a week, and stopped playing with toys for over a YEAR. He still has a long way to go in his mental recovery (he used to be my MOST confident cat, and is now my most anxious), but we can get there!💕🐾
