A few more chapters left to go of this wonderful book by @johnhiggs.bsky.social. I don’t want it to end. And a rare book that warrants the hype. Will finish it now facing the offing - which feels somehow appropriate.

Late night scrollers - my new reading post is up if anyone fancies a gander! kieranstorieswriter.wordpress.com/2026/08/01/o...
Latest story on the blog is ‘A Short Introduction to Block Time’. Experiment in second-person address - not as tedious as it sounds (I hope)!
Kieran WyattNew fiction on the blog for July. Thanks for reading! kieranstorieswriter.wordpress.com/2026/07/01/o...
30 minute album - - you love to see it. Really enjoyed this, particularly the last track featuring, of all people, David Cronenberg. Genuine LOL moments on Camera and Wink, Wink. I also like how Scorsese is navigating a difficult fart on the cover.
Kieran WyattCheer up Marty, it might never happen!
My post on Our Mutual Friend by the big CD 💿 Certainly one of the longest and weirdest reading experiences of my young life. Thanks for reading! kieranstorieswriter.wordpress.com/2026/07/03/o...
A piece of flash fiction from last year if you want to take a look! Ghostly goings-on on the Fylde Coast.
Kieran WyattThe estuary was going, going – gone. I opened the cupboard above the sink. The tub of Sweetex was melting and pooling. It gave off something carcinogenic. Between the flames, Mum stood, anaemic, breathing slowly through her mouth. kieranstorieswriter.wordpress.com/2025/10/21/o...
