Apologies for not being active on here! I got a very ideal job offer earlier this week and waiting on the background check to clear so been a bit less active on socials for the time being

Okay so this is amazing

After having worked out for 5 days a week the last 2-3 weeks and now consistently adding way more protein in my diet I'm slowly starting to see some more growth in my arms recently. Feels good to fill out the sleeves of my shirts a bit more ❤️
