Exactly, that's why there is not a rule to make a furry character but advices to create them and then all is by your own choices and feelings with the creation. And I prefer it this way, more creativity and diversity, would be boring if everybody does it the same.

I really like the allure and design it gives when a character have a trait of a style of clothing, outfit, I feel like ... I don't know how to say, so "furry" like it's coded. It's really charming

I also been asked many times what is that character that I always use as a PFP everywhere in the internet. It was a mascot I did in class and it was my first OC so I just used him, I didn't know what a furry was back then but he does fit in, he just have a really big head and really huge hands :')

90s had a lot of that and I am sure I missed many to be honest, I just know the main ones like Extreme dinosaurs and biker mice from mars, but I feel some comes now and then now, not as big as the past but kudos to those who are trying : )

And my very first time hearing the therm furry was when I played as Jon Talbain and a guy in my classroom said it, then we played Bloody roar and he said it again (random Talbain gif here <3) French for furry is Poilu also by the way, not sure many of you will use that but at least you know now!

Oh yay! I was sure there are few Flamingos in the fandom but I personally seen maybe 2 or 3 in total and worried a bit haha Really cool design on your character!

I do think TMNT made it huge, and many shows that came later on to surf on their success. Those shows, comics with mutants were a really cool era

I think my first introduction to something that was furry vibe all the way was Inspecteur Canardo comic where main protagonists are all animals but also keeps their human sides like the hairs and anatomy parts like hands and feet A comic really open about adult art expression like many french ones.

For the case or shell you can search "Clear case Tamagotchi uni / clear shell Tamagotchi Uni" and have many good options, there are so many choices now, you will find easilly this way
