Just to clarify, Patel's suit against Stewartson wasn't thrown out - Stewartson already lost it on default because he pretended he wasn't served. Instead, the default judgment against Stewartson was tossed due to jurisdiction. The judge said he would have awarded Patel attorneys fees if he could.
