There is no evidence that the differences in body composition between cis and trans women affects athletic performance. This has been studied extensively, I don't know why I keep getting replies denying what the science has shown.

Sutides and meta reviews show that outside of grip strength, muscular advantages disappear completely after 2 years of hormone therapy, and there is also no difference in maximal oxygen consumption between cis and trans women. That's the actual state of the science.
