I sadly don't think I'm going to be able to get all my revenges done on time due to the recent heatwaves and now my foot/leg acting up bc I keep needing to go upstairs and lay completely flat with the leg propped up on a pillow to help drainage way more frequently

oh to clarify: the spider fell off the bed, not me :p I just kind of sat there, went 👁️👄👁️ in a stunned silence and then jumped to my feet to keep my eyes on the eight legged prize

I had to, ahem, dispatch the wee beastie for my peace of mind (I do not consent to being crawled on in the dark, thanks) and am now Suffering downstairs with my tower fan since the fan in my room is crap.

good news: I got about 4 and a half hours of sleep and the swelling went down noticeably and the weeping lessened. bad news: my room is now a sauna and a massive spider decided to drop down on my arm in the darkness, it literally launched itself at my arm from the ceiling, and then fell off bed

my breathing is fine, I don't have a persistent cough, the foot/leg are not hot, not red or discoloured, not shiny. Could be too early to pin point or rule anything out. Hopefully my GP can find answers and get this sorted fast. I know how serious this stuff can get. Mum had lymphedema in both legs.

foot swelling again, a weird tiny bump/bluster burst earlier and it's been weeping clear fluid for several hours. I've left a message with my GP but I've not heard back yet; hoping they get in touch tomorrow.

Swelling went down quite a bit but the foot is still a bit puffier than the other. I've been keeping it up majority of the day on the bed, but I was able to get a revenge done to pass the time at least.

I don't know yet if this will impact my ability to continue AF or not, but I'll have to keep an eye on it. Right now I've been gently exercising the ankle and keeping it elevated.

My right foot began swelling, so I've had to move fully back into bed. I was forcing myself to sit up in an uncomfortable chair downstairs during the heatwaves, but around about 9pm last night my foot began swelling. I haven't experienced this since the mid 2010s when I was under a lot of stress.

I'm still struggling with ideas for AF but I am determined to get back to it! 🫠

cosmic eldritch religion! I couldn't think of a made-up religious symbol at the time so she just got a cross. If I ever seriously sit down and revisit her/frogs again I'll try to think up something using star motif.

I've been incredibly burned out and lacking insp but hope to get back to AF soon! also I can't believe just how difficult this was to draw for being made up of a circle and a beanbag shape set.
