The Trump Presidential Library Fund Inc was created Dec24 six days after ABC agreed to make a $15 million contribution. The Trump Library Fund was dissolved in Sept 2025 because it failed to submit a mandatory annual report. The new entity, Trump Presidential Library Foundation, Inc. est May 2025.

Three congressional Democrats say that as much as $21.5 million paid by ABC, Meta, Paramount and X to settle lawsuits brought by Trump is now missing or has been spent without explanation and requested a full accounting from the foundation building his presidential library.
