He was sanctioned for a specific period of time, took responsibility, and has moved on with his life, while fully owning his conduct. You, on the other hand, present this as him making a habit of lying in his legal practice. The only one lying here is you.

I used to work for Blue Cross/Blue Shield; feel free to tag me in to translate "insurance." Because it really is its own separate language, which is bullshit in and of itself.

(Background: used to work for Blue Cross/Blue Shield) "Allowed amount" is a fancy way of saying "this is the maximum amount the insurance company will pay for this particular service."

Flappy jowls indeed.

...you really thought this was some kind of gotcha, didn't you? You apparently didn't realize Dan is quite public about his wrongdoing and hasn't ever hid it. Amazing self-own.

I was waiting for the 5.

Oh I DEFINITELY don't buy it now that I look at the polling. They only did it for 14 years and haven't done it since 2019.

Growing up and spending more than half my life there, I knew WAY more Sox fans than Yankees fans. Even living in Fairfield County for a time. While obviously anecdotes don't make reliable data, I'm not at all inclined to believe the polling.

100

Yeah I don't trust those.

100

Since when does it root for the Yankees at a higher rate than the Red Sox? Fairfield County, maybe, but not anywhere else.

Well also because they don't tell you your score. At least not in NC.

For whatever it's worth, I'm always happy to share knowledge and experience with people seeking information in good faith. I've found your questions and responses to be made in good faith so haven't minded sharing my experiences here.

Thank you for this. Like you, I get told I have the "good" parking or I'm "lucky" to have accessible parking. I understand there is ignorance of the process involved, but it is infuriating to see complaints of abuse of the system as if it's something ongoing and prevalent.

010

LOL Sure, buddy.

050

LOL

000

LOL It'll be very funny once you start an internship and realize no one is looking at your grades any more.

You don't have real world evidence. If anything, the fact that I have a prestigious job despite going to a T4 school speaks to just how much your ideas are flawed.

040

LOL And yet I have a more prestigious job than most lawyers ever will. Cry about it harder.

...accommodations aren't useful in every situation. But it's better than nothing, and the flaws in the system wouldn't justify shutting down the system and do not support claims of fraud. 7/7

...to make the testing process as fair as possible to all students, whether or not they have disabilities, because both of those mitigate much if not all of any potential "advantage" for extra time. 4. It is an imperfect system - as the article notes and some commenters have noted, extra time...6/
