I'd say even over 40. Husband is going to be 37 this year. He *knows* what "normal" should feel like... but to him, the Obama years were more of a respite than a norm.

Was handed a project. Realized I needed data from an older woman at work. Requested data. Was denied on the grounds that I didn't need said data. Could not move forward with the project. Was asked about it. Explained I needed the data. Cue meeting. Older woman flipped out on me in meeting.
