Reading PARADISE LOST is a transcendent experience. Reading one book a week, and every time I devote a quiet morning to reading Milton I feel moved in a way that no other piece of English literature has ever done. And I genuinely believe only poetry can do that.

What really pisses me the fuck off about higher ed institutions embracing AI so unabashedly is that the money they spend on that shit can be used for more institutional access to databases, journals, and ebooks! I gotta ask friends every time I need an article/chapter/ebook.
