This paper finds that moving to +fully organic+ egg farming in the UK would produce an extra 877,000 tonnes of CO2. That's equivalent to 0.2% of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions. Not huge. I'm in favour of plant-based diets but i don't know if this is a difference that's worth stressing over.
