It would be helpful if a few independent journalists (if such things still exist) were to source this footage. The allegations are disturbing even if the incidents turn out to be statistical outliers. Worse still if the footage were found to be fabricated.

The thing about science is that we're not supposed to "identify with" any preconceived opinion, as that is a sure path to fallacy. To practice science we must think independently and respect the null hypothesis. It's the technologists, on the other hand, who want to believe in certainty.
