Really interesting how different Death Wish (novel) is from the film. More...philosophical, I guess? With only 50 pages left to go, the protagonist has finally acquired a gun. Not a bad read by any means; am actually glad it has more on its mind than Winner's adaptation.

Not sure if it's getting a wide release, but I'm pretty stoked that my local art-house will be playing the new Gregg Araki flick (the first time I'll ever see one of his movies on the big screen).

I wonder about this often...

The fact that companies need to force AI down our throats ("wanna use it? huh? huh? c'mon, y'know you WANNA! please, please, pretty please?") gives me hope that a lot of folks just aren't down with that bullshit, and never will be.
