I doubt that they will discuss the local laws in another state's jurisdiction. But perhaps you can check and see if there is such a service in whatever county the oopsie(s) occurred.

Check and see if you have a local county Bar Association. If so call them and ask if there is a legal assistance program. If so they can usually get you something like a 30 minute chat with a lawyer for a nominal fee. You can decide then if you like that attorney or not.
