Sure there were mistakes made esp early on in the Covid-19 pandemic. (in hindsight, of course) I remember Dr Fauci being "there". He exuded seriousness, calm, patience. It was Trump who was unhinged. He talked about injecting bleach to the point Clorox Co put warnings on labels. Ivermectin. STUPID.
DrHDr Fauci has led a life of dedicated service. Rand Paul, Ophthalmologist, consumed by professional envy and insecurity, conducted a rage-filled, unhinged assault on him. Dr Fauci has more intelligence and honor than Rand Paul will ever have. Dr Fauci is a patriot. Paul is not.
Coward in action. Trump revels at this loud display of cowardice.
