I love mailing postcards. No matter how much technology improves, I will never cease to be amazed by how you can send a physical object anywhere in the world and all you have to do is put a stamp on it and stick it in the mailbox.

My furry awakening was seeing an HO scale boxcar with Rocky on it on EBay, developing a crush (though I didn’t realize that’s what it was at the time) and asking for it for Christmas. Unfortunately I got a generic GN boxcar, but I later found the one I wanted at the I Love Toy Trains store. I was 13
