It's just kinda a thing I run into while editing, I really try not to look at comments ever haha

Do you have a streamlined workflow for this or is it just kinda manual keyframing?

There are lots of ways to make it Extra, kinda overanimate it, but it doesn't always fit the tone if you're (for example) reading a quote about stock footage lol

Obviously you don't HAVE to show the text when reading a quote, but it's hard to incorporate them seamlessly into a piece of writing while still indicating that it's a quote without that visual shorthand (given that the viewer can't see your quotation marks)

One of the most frequent video essay challenges I run into is "how to make long quotes on screen visually interesting" and I'm trying to think of examples of people doing it in compelling ways

I recognize Bluesky isn't the place for a nuanced conversation, but the page you linked does not blanket prohibit "coverage of Xbox." It specifically names "regular coverage of games," which I would argue is different than "discussion of how Microsoft's business strategy is hurting the industry"
