Reaching a hand out to all my fellow chronically ill buds who get exhausted by showering. We’re gonna make it. We’re gonna be able to do something today that isn’t just showering. And even if we don’t, we did SO good by taking a shower. (Seriously showers are fucking exhausting I feel awful)

Saw a snake in my garden today and had a phobia-induced panic attack for a *solid* hour. Thank goodness for the best wife in the world calming my ass down. Yes, it was just a garter snake. No, that didn’t help the phobia.
