somehow, i feel the kick of horseradish is much more addicting than the kick of capsaicin. i'm fine with both, but i prefer cold spice (that's how i think of them, at least) to hot spice. peppermint and horseradish over capsaicin.

LRP: eating real wasabi is incredible and the spice is akin to a beautiful, painful windowpane clarity in your sinuses. you don't need much. the people should do what they want with their food. put wasabi in soy sauce, sure. the fake stuff? eat as much as you want. i've been known to eat it plain.
