Right, which is why I have this reaction. I know that there's no ill intent -- and really there's nothing with the posts -- I just can't help but be reminded of like "Your normal is other people's exception."

I know this is stupid but I find those "name a movie you've seen more than 6 times" "name a topic you could talk about for 30 mins" "name a food you could eat for a week straight" prompt posts kind of alienating. I know ppl are just having fun but it's like "oh is this supposed to be weird/notable?"

The writer of this episode was a writer on Supernatural for years and wrote some of the best episodes of the later seasons (including my favorite episode of the entire series) so that might explain the (maybe too) heavy genre aspects of this week's SNW
