As I mentioned, Republicans have now underperformed their abysmal showing then in BOTH special elections, which is surprising. Given polls show that 1 out of 5 Republican voters might stay home, a nationalized repeat of Georgia's PSC elections feels plausible. Who's ready to try to do this?
