I expect them to be destroyed because the billionaire who forced them to pull the report said she would. Whether or not they get destroyed whilst defending human rights or sullying their own reputation is up to them.

Funnily enough, looking down on trans people doesn't imbue you with any kind of wisdom either. Amnesty has just demonstrated it will give up a human rights cause at the bark of any billionaire with an axe to grind. What's to now stop this happening to whatever cause they report on next?
