People will tell you these things are not, and will never be "economically feasible". Reality is closing the fuel cycle only means around an extra 2-3ct/kWh. Sure that is around double the price of what GenII reactors cost, but have you looked at electricity prices lately?

Costs for SPX at its latest capacity factor were about 80-90€/MWh (most of which already paid for), easily on par with Vogtle, HPC,... . Costs for a modern large SFR would be doable around maybe 40-50€/MWh. (so within the 70€/MWh which EDF is now allowed to charge)
