I was on a 🇩🇪 reviewing board for postdoc fellowships last week. In the past, the 🇺🇸 was always the No. 1 destination across all disciplines. This time, only 10% of applicants aimed for the US. This year the most popular destination was 🇦🇺 (Australia).
