People don’t want to admit to AI doing the writing because they still see writing = effort, creativity, subjectivity but they are lured by the sheer volume that an LLM can produce (a whole novel in a day!) so they just lie.

Brendan KeoghSurely the solution here is just *don't use AI tools* for your writing and research and continue to do your writing and research in ALL the ways you were doing it before you started using AI instead of doing the work??
I think this formula is helpful for colleagues who can make changes like this but … as part of my role I teach asynchronous and online classes for students 100s or 1000s of kilometres away 1/
