So some of those boroughs did provide some data, some couldn't get it because it was private cemeteries. But we do need more complete data to come up with a proper plan. But at least the 2026 audit got info from 212 municipal and private cemeteries, compared with just 128 in 2011 audit

Haha, how about third hand?! The audit actually says we should futureproof graves by planning for triple-depth burials! But grave use is definitely something we should think about more - it's interesting that only 7 boroughs are currently reusing graves, despite the power they have to reclaim/reuse.
