One thing I've noticed about the Carrie stuff I've been seeing - the show seems to be retreating from the idea that Carrie's mom is an abusive Christian psychopath. Carrie's life was ruled by bullies, and she lived with worst one. I wonder if the creative team is worried about offending theocrats.

So, I watched the Strange New Worlds season 4 premiere last night. Season 3 to me was a lot of "meh" and "that was actively bad." But I'm doing something with Valles Marineris I haven't done since the end of Season 2 - I'm watching it again.
