Me too...I had to really work at it. I was the primary cook for my family because I got home earlier. My ex did the dishes. That's how we divided the labour. I got tired of the same old thing and decided to try making different cuisines. If it didn't work out...the pizza shop was close by. 😂

I'm also heat-averse. My son learned about this in culinary school. It's not that we high-tasters don't like the spice effect but we need very little for the same effect. Low-tasters are restaurant chefs. That's why the food is over-seasoned and salty. A little dab'll do you. 😂

Oh that is a great relief I'm sure. I'm relieved. I might seem to make light of it but I was really worried. Ganglions respond well to corticosteroids to reduce the inflammation. I had some on my palm after a fall. My brother is fine but surgical intervention was required to remove the clot.
