Thi Nguyen's paper on ciliary PKA activity is now published at @plosbiology.org: journals.plos.org/plosbiology/... She developed a ciliary PKA activity sensor, then, inspired by recent work from @benmyerslab.bsky.social and Susan Taylor's labs, showed that SMO inhibits PKA within cilia. 1/6
