#OTD 19 July 1810 the 🇩🇰-🇳🇴Navy Capt Johannes Krieger with the brigs HDMS SAMSØE, SEAGULL, ALLART, KIEL & ALSEN conquered a 🏴Westbound convoy of 48 merchant vessels in Skagerrak SSW of Norway. The convoy escort HMS FORWARD, under Lt Henry Bankes, managed to escape. #navalhistory
#OTD 6 July 1812 the 🇩🇰Danish-🇳🇴Norwegian frigate NAJADEN and three brigs LOLLAND, KIEL og SAMSØE under Capt Holm were attacked off Lyngør in Southern Norway by a squadron under Capt “Mad Jim” Stewart with the 🏴ship-of-the-line HMS DICTATOR resulting in the total loss of NAJADEN
Der var radarspor. Ikke fra fugleradaren men fra Naviair, dvs større objekter, der fløj over Øresund i retning mod Saltholm med mere end 100 km/t. Så det er lige frisk nok at konkludere, at der ikke var droner.
