Timid moderates lost the POTUS to a grifting conman and managed to lose both chambers of Congress as well. Since then they have been ineffective at slowing down Trump's full on assault on the constitution. They've had their chance, it's time to do what the people want and not politicians.

On the face of it, it's a clear infringement on states' rights, which the GOP never seems to tire of when it comes to gun laws, abortion, or marijuana, but easily discarded when it interferes with something they want to do. No one's life or liberty is safe with this corrupt scotus, so who knows?
