I actually have some tajin twist chamoy which is fine. I just have this idea that there is some mythical “traditional real chamoy” and not “hfcs chamoy” Meanwhile this condiment is used to make a snack that is “a bunch of random crap in an opened chip bag” so… maybe I’m picky

My job makes equipment that costs as much as an American house and I mean it, and the hardware controller systems just run windows. Not even server windows, regular LTSC.

Mexican food question: I’ve noticed that chamoy I can find in groceries is like corn syrup and chili powder and lime juice; is there some large brand of chamoy that is more authentic or should I just hit up a taqueria ?
