They only did that because their press conference was a day after xbox. Every report until then suggested that sony planed the same thing, they just saw the massiv backlash for xbox and shifted last minute. And it worked, it basically killed xbox and now they can progress with that plan.

Had nothing to do with gamepass, they want to be an ai company. Xbox isn‘t ai, so they don‘t care about investing in it. Look at it company wide, even the azure department got massive layoffs. Alanah also made a video about that.

Looks like an android thing. I use it on ios and don‘t have these arrows. Also when i tap the black surroundings every layover disappears, maybe that works on android as well?
