ANYWAY, this movie now holds a special place in my heart not just because of my bias, but it was overall a very fun watch! Loved every second! The characters are very interesting and the main antagonist is a BITCHHHHHH but still. Overall a fun watch, i highly recommend it :)

Not to mention the uniforms used here are very similar to Cuban military uniforms. Down to the solid green, hats and all. Like are we sure this isn't just straight up Cuba 😭

But this takes place in "the kingdom of Dorrente" and not Cuba, but the place is clearly heavily inspired by it. Cuban sandwiches, the Capitolio being shown, and the Elguille prison is mostly based off of the stony fortresses found in some parts of the country from when the Spanish settled in.

Love how it takes place in what is the equivalent of Cuba, my dad immediately pointed out at the start of the movie that the Airport of Havana shows up!! like EVERY DETAIL except the sign above it. And the traffic's the wrong way, but whatever lol

It sounds nice to relax, but I FINALLY HAVE TIME TO ATTACK PEOPLE NOW’S MY CHANCE!!!! Now I don’t have work slowing me down :D

I love bald eagles, and quite a lot of other bird species! I also love crows and owls :)
