If Trump gets that SAVE Act passed, none of the Hispanic names would qualify for the voter rolls. They would all have to re-register with birth certificates, marriage licenses, passports and whatever else they can come up with.

This is a good example of why Trump wants to control the elections. No one with a Hispanic name would be "qualified" to vote.
