Has anyone had any luck with #mutualaid this week? I swear I’m about to quit.

#MutualAid has been dead all week. No one cares I guess. And everyone is hoarding resources when we need the most help. If anyone is reading this who can help at least with some of it, please don’t turn the other way. No one else has helped and I need my husband to keep working.
